telemarketers: Cell phones and telemarketers

Good morning everyone-In the last few days I have been getting out of state phone calls on my cell and when I pick it up they won't say anything. That irritates me no end because even after 2 yrs Mom will still get telemarketers calls on her home phone which is a landline. Since I am the one that answers the phone 99% of the time I am NOT very cordial to these folks as they aren't getting the message.
