Last week was the Inman connect in NYC. I totally missed it this year. I've been way too busy with buyers and sellers showing properties and negotiating offers. Since the first day of the year, it has been non-stop.
So while I missed the conference this year, I have just been to it vicariously through Chris Smith viewing the Queue Tech Savvy Agent. For the first time, iPhone and iTouch users will be able to find Corcoran homes for sale or rent in Manhattan & Brooklyn, as well as finding open houses near them right now, all for FREE.
What the App Does
In the same way that consumer's can search by price range, bedrooms and bathrooms on corcoran.com, iPhone app users will now be able to search for homes without having to be at their computer.
