International builder and developer Rob Speyer, president and co-chief executive officer of Tishman Speyer, will succeed Mary Ann Tighe as Chair of The Real Estate Board of New York, Mr. Speyer’s term begins in January 2013. Mr. Speyer’s assumption of the chairmanship represents the first time in REBNY’s 117-year history that the post will be occupied by three succeeding generations of a single family.
