Yesterday saw a large group of Massachusetts Realtors converge on Beacon Hill to meet with their local legislators to discuss real property issues. One point of this event, that is overlooked or not given enough emphasis, is the full role of the Realtors. As one may expect, the Realtors are there at the State House to highlight the point of view on potential legislation from the Real Estate Professional's perspective.
