St Augustine market is still holding it own, with only 50 Foreclosures +/- active at this time & with over 3,000 listing as a Percentage it not bad. My sales in December where both Foreclosures one at Palencia and one in Hannahs Walk Palencia sold for $240,000 with over 1800 SQ FT & some very nice Upgrades. Originally sold for $400,000 in 2005, wow what a few year can do to a market Hannahs walk sold for $120,000 3/2.5/1 Built in 2006 and Originally sold for $240,000 back in 2006.
