smart sell listing: Short sale Vs. Foreclosures

I have been doing a lot of work in the foreclosure market. Foreclosures have not taken over our market like a lot of places, but there are more of them. Some banks seem to be a pain in the neck to negotiate with. I have had much better experience with short sales for some reason. It seems that the banks are more willing deal with you before they go through the foreclosure process. Does anyone else see this? Or is it just something I am making up in my head.
We were given a closing date for the end of last month. I had dealt with the builder before and knew they were good, but always tried to close ASAP (like any builder). So we informed our client up front that we were probably not going to be able to close until a few weeks into the month, regardless of what the contract said. Sure enough when it came time for walks they were cutting (4 comments)

I am new to the blogging world. I have been blogging for a few months now and only about a month on AR. I had never experienced the benefit of it in my work until now. As I am becoming more exposed I am realizing there are so many layers and possibilities to blogging. I have noticed that "big time bloggers" syndicate their blogs. I am playing with the idea. I also think their are good things about other blogging sites that I have been checking out. I guess it brings us a few questions. What are your favorite blogging sites? How (3 comments)
