This house is now for sale in Cottonwood, CA! Affordably priced at $225,000 we don't believe it will stay on the market for very long. Why should it? We're talking about a lovely 3 bedroom home with a huge bonus room, a seasonal creek, inground pool, all on four acres! The current owners have done a fabulous job remodeling some parts of the home such as, white shutters throughout, new recessed lighting, added a big pantry and new flooring.
