Get the family together and get ready to have some FUN! The Hawes Farms will be featuring a day-time Hoe-Down and a night-time Hoe-Down on opening day September 29th at the farm located at 21923 Dersh Road in Anderson (crossroads of Dersh and Deschutes). This family fun all day event begins with the daytime hoedown from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. featuring pony rides, watermelon eating contest, sack racing, three legged race, water balloon toss, shooting and bow n arrow contest, zip line, cannons, hay bale pyramid, hay bale maze, barnyard jump, volleyball, cornball, pig races and prizes.
