The Vineyard continues to be the locals favorite when it comes to active adult communities for those 55 plus. What's interesting is the up-trend we are seeing from out of the area retirees who have narrowed down their list of best places to retire and Redding has made it to the top of their list. Supply and demand is in full effect at The Vineyard, more and more buyers interested in buying then our supply can deliver. Good thing for homeowners and home values, not so good for buyers who are looking for that perfect place to call home at a steal price! … (2 comments)
Community Description: A gated active adult community consisting of mostly 2 bedroom/2bathroom single family homes between 1400sqft – 1650sqft on quarter acre lots or smaller. A few of the floor plans offer a 2br/2ba plus a den, although that is not the common floor plan in Paris Park. Most homes have wood siding exterior with some brick on the front. Paris Park is comparable to Shasta Hills Estates in age built; late 80’s and early 90’s and in home values, between $165,000 - $230,000. … (3 comments)
