WHEN YOU LIST PROPERTIES TOO HIGH, THEY MAY NOT APPRAISE ...I KNOW TO SUBTRACT $25k BEFORE I EVEN WALK THROUGH "THAT" AGENT'S LISTINGS... What is the saying...something about casting the first stone if you have never sinned??? Well you get the meaning...Yea, I may have "reached" on a few listings here and there...I admit-I get embarrassed when I do b/c I darn well know that property is overpriced...personally, I write in my listing agreemnts that after 21 days and no offers, we come down down to the reality pricing I suggest...and, then yes, it sells...and mine have always appraised...KNOCK ON WOOD...BUT (0 comments)

Charlotte’s 11th annual barbecue festival will return to Tryon Street this fall with a new name: Q-City Charlotte BBQ Championship. The festival, formerly known as Blues, Brew & BBQ, had spent years on Tryon before moving several years ago to the N.C. Music Factory in Fourth Ward. It will be on Tryon Street between Trade and Stonewall streets on Friday, Oct. 18, and Saturday, Oct. 19, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.. The main stage will be at the Square, and (2 comments)
