WHEN YOU LIST PROPERTIES TOO HIGH, THEY MAY NOT APPRAISE ...I KNOW TO SUBTRACT $25k BEFORE I EVEN WALK THROUGH "THAT" AGENT'S LISTINGS... What is the saying...something about casting the first stone if you have never sinned??? Well you get the meaning...Yea, I may have "reached" on a few listings here and there...I admit-I get embarrassed when I do b/c I darn well know that property is overpriced...personally, I write in my listing agreemnts that after 21 days and no offers, we come down down to the reality pricing I suggest...and, then yes, it sells...and mine have always appraised...KNOCK ON WOOD...BUT … (0 comments)

Charlotte’s 11th annual barbecue festival will return to Tryon Street this fall with a new name: Q-City Charlotte BBQ Championship. The festival, formerly known as Blues, Brew & BBQ, had spent years on Tryon before moving several years ago to the N.C. Music Factory in Fourth Ward.
