Missoula has some beautiful buildings in our downtown area, and many have historical signficance as well. One of my favorites is the Northern Pacific Depot building located at the north end of Higgins Avenue.
The Northern Pacific Railroad Depot was built in 1901 by the nationally recognized firm of Reed and Stem of St. Paul, Minnesota. This depot is one of four that the firm designed in Montana. Last week, The freezing weather gave way long enough for construction to begin on the model home at RiverRidge in beautiful Superior, Montana! The model home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom sprawling executive-style home with high-end finishes. At the same time, ground also broke for an affordable spec home on the adjoining lot. building: Our First Billboard - Located on I-90 Near Superior - RiverRidge, A Superior Lifestyle!

This week we installed our first billboard on Interstate-90 near Superior. This was quite a project as you can see. Kevin had to paint the background with primer as the billboard was a painted sign prior to installing our billboard. The billboard measures 12' x 32' and starts about 10' off the ground. Fortunately we were able to borrow a lift from Lance at LRSignatureHomes for the installation. The billboard is for a subdivision we have listed, RiverRidge.
