We always look forward to attending the Missoula Building Industry Association's Parade of Homes and Remodeling Tour. This year is the 20th anniversary and promises to be one of the best Parades yet.
They are featuring eight homes throughout the Missoula valley this year with prices ranging from $190,000 to $1.5 million, giving you plenty of inspiration for whatever your budget is. This year's Parade will feature a wide variety of enticing ideas to work into your dream home.

Last year we organized the first Tour Mineral County Home & Business Tour. We had a great response and preparations are well underway for the 2009 Tour.
Tour Mineral County was created to highlight Mineral County's local builders, sub-contractors, and developers. We also include local businesses. It's a great family event and gives attendees the opportunity to see New Homes, Building Trends, and socialize with others on the tour.

We love going through the homes on our annual Parade of Homes & Remodeling Tour in Missoula sponsored by the Missoula Building Industry Association. This was the event's 19th year in Missoula and featured 9 homes in a wide variety of styles.
We had 2 favorite homes on the tour with drastically different styles. One was The River Pines - a 6,300 square foot home in an elegant Montana Style Design.
