Montana Investment Properties with Many Possibilities from Today's MAREX Meeting

We are both members of the Montana Association of Real Estate Exchangers (MAREX) - a group of licensed and experienced real estate professionals who are familiar with real estate investing, the use of trades, and the sale of distressed properties.
The meetings gather agents from across the state of Montana, Idaho, and Eastern Washington to present properties that have available where the owners must sell immediately, or that would consider a full or partial trade for another property.

A Relaxing Afternoon Fly Fishing and Floating the Clark Fork River in Western Montana
A couple of weeks ago Kevin and Kelsey spent the afternoon fly fishing and floating the Clark Fork River with a friend of ours, Roger. Here's some photos from the outing:

Spending time on the river is a favorite Montana past time and a great way to cool off in the summer. They only caught a few fish on this outing but they had such a great time that they didn't mind.

properties: The West Is a Complex Real Estate Market - Evidence in the Foreclosure Stats - 02/05/08 03:14 AM

There was recently an article in New West Magazine by Robert Struckman that discussed the national foreclosure rates. He provides a national map from RealtyTrac of foreclosure rates.
You'll notice that the RealtyTrac map includes county-by-county shading. The color shows the foreclosure rate - the number of foreclosed homes as a portion of the total number of homes. You can also go to the RealtyTrac website for a list of foreclosure rates by state.
