A Visit to The Old Mission State Park between Missoula MT and Coeur d'Alene ID in Cataldo, Idaho This summer I visited the Old Mission State Park outside of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, just a short distance from the Montana / Idaho State Line.You can tell from the pictures that it was a beautiful sunny day. We spent some time at Brennan's Wave last weekend, after visiting the local farmer's markets, and had a great time watching the action. One of my favorite things to do on a warm day is to take a walk on Missoula's Riverfront Trail. The trail runs along the Clark Fork River through the heart of downtown and goes East to the University and West to Orange Street. From this trail, you can see Missoula's amazing scenery, historic buildings, and enjoy the lifestyle that bring people to Montana. The trail is wide enough for both walking your dog or bicycling.
