As many of you know, our daughter Kelsey, or Krayphish as she's known on her blog and on Twitter, is an avid photographer and living in our house, a pet lover. Our pets are among her favorite topics for photographs and our cat Sherman provides plenty of material. Here he is in mid yawn, he must have been really tired! (12 comments)
speechless sunday: Speechless Sunday: It Said Dead End Stupid!

This was a real sign on a street we were on recently looking at houses in Missoula's Rattlesnake neighborhood. We just had to stop and take a picture. I guess they really don't want people driving on their street to turn around! :) The sign says it all! Happy Sunday! (8 comments)
From the State Line Trail near Superior last week where Winter is starting to set in. We've had a little bit of snow in the valley but it hasn't lasted. Just a friendly reminder from Mother Nature that the Montana Winter is on its way. Here's Photos of this same area just a few weeks ago. (16 comments)

Ok, if you're a pet in the Ray house, it's safe to say that you'll get dressed up in funny outfits on a regular basis. Our daughter, Kelsey, loves to put hats, bandanas, and occasionally t-shirts, costumes, and even a tutu on our pets. She's also an amateur photographer which results in some pretty comical pet photos. This is our chocolate lab, Caddis in her bandana and a baseball cap - looking a lot like the railroad conductor. This photo was featured on CuteasHell.com where she has a profile to showcase all of her photos. (9 comments)
I wrote a blog post earlier this week about our fishing trip with one of our friends /clients on the Flathead River near Paradise, Montana. While he was out, he took the following photos of Bear prints along the river - apparently we weren't the only one fishing on the Flathead River! A Day Spent Fishing on the Flathead River
Photos by Kelsey Ray (Krayphish) My daughter Kelsey took these photos of the Llamas / Alpacas at the Plains Fair that was held last weekend in Plains Montana. I thought it looked like he was whistling at someone. A lot of people in our area have llamas/alpacas with their horses or sheep to help protect them. (5 comments)
Mineral County has 42 Pristine Mountain Lakes, including Missoula Lake which is located approximately 30 miles up Cedar Creek Road from Superior near the Montana / Idaho border. 87% of Mineral County is publicly-owned (U.S. Forest Service, State) so we have thousands of miles of amazing wilderness!
The water is so crisp and clean you can see almost the entire bottom of the lake, and all of the fish swimming in it!
View from the State Line Trail above Missoula Lake. This is looking into Idaho. You can see that (10 comments)

I received this photo from my Dad in an email tonight with a message telling me that he found a great buy on a house in Paradise, Montana at 1/6th the price! My Dad's not one to look at real estate so I knew something was up. The attached photo gave me a good chuckle :) Hope you enjoy it too! (13 comments)
