Autumn is traditionally Door County’s busiest season for both tourism and real estate. September through early November is a busy time in northern Door County. As cooler weather arrives, people leave the beach and the Lake and Bay…..kayaks are put away until next season, boats are hauled out of the Sister Bay Marina, and the Sister Bay Beach is perfect for sunsets, but not swimming.

We are JUST starting to see the beginning of the busiest time of the year in Door County--the autumn color show is starting to arrive.
