Your Door County Real Estate Market April 2022 Update April 2022 started out with the first sunny day in a long time, after Door County received inches and inches of rain (thankfully not snow) during the latter part of March, with plenty of cool temperatures and gloomy skies. This is an odd holiday post, but it is, indeed, a holiday post about Door County, Wisconsin. It was a crazy and eventful few weeks in Door County in many ways. Thinking I would enjoy the slower pace of the holidays, I planned my normal late November/early December activities, only to find that Mother Nature and other non-nature events wanted to keep me moving in other directions.

I've been selling Door County properties for sale for approximately 1/3rd of my life, and when I meet a prospective purchaser that is looking for a Door County home, one of the very first things that I will ask is "Where do you like to be in Door County?"
