This is a typical October pattern for our mostly seasonal market--tourism traffic will drop over 50% in the next two weeks, and during the month of November it will drop another 50%. 3rd Quarter Housing Market Statistics 2012--Door County, Wisconsin. According to data from the Door County MLS, 166 properties transferred between July 1, 2012 and September 30, 2012. These numbers do not include properties that have transferred outside of the Door County MLS. The numbers included approximately: 82 residential homes, 27 vacant land parcels, 2 commercial properties, 5 recreational condominiums, 12 hotel condominiums, and 33 residential condominiums. What I Learned at the Wisconsin Realtors Convention 2012. I'm chagrined to say it was my first time in attendance at a WRA event, as having school-aged children does not easily lend itself to leaving for three days. However, this year we were able to make school/work arrangements (and the session was in Appleton, only an hour and a half away), and I am so glad I went.
