Unseasonably warm weather in January makes for great showings in Door County! Even my "winterized" homes can be cheery and inviting. I got an e-mail from a loyal subscriber (not a buyer, just a vacationer, but he loves to read my updates) about his 50 degree weather in Chicago and how he's golfing today. Fun!! Do I think this thaw will last? Of course not! I googled the weather, and by next week, we're right back to normal. However, this will be a great weekend for showing my Door County properties.
