It seems as though every year I am lucky enough to list something that has been in the same family for a very long time. In Door County, we don't get waterfront turnover very often. Waterfront properties tend to stay in the same family for generations at a time.
Last year, we were lucky enough to have two cottages on Pebble Beach, which sold almost instantly (I ran into one of the cottage's owners this week and they are loving their Sister Bay waterfront home!).
