Happy Holidays from Door County, Wisconsin! I'd like to thank everyone that I worked with this year---old friends and new---for making 2020 successful in spite of so many challenges. This was an incredible year---we had a lot of new rules and regulations, new forms, changes from the National Association of Realtors and much more. All thoughts begin to turn to the various holidays we celebrate, but Door County real estate does not stop. If anything, our house-hunters understand that this time of the year may bring deals--owners that don't want (or need) their second (or third) home here in 2019. Many owners have spent decades here, only to find that it's time to leave to be closer to family and/or different medical facilities.
