When I started in this business nearly 17 years ago, "walkability" was a word that wasn't often used.....and it took the launch of Zillow (and please, don't believe Zestimates) to make "walkability" a thing in the US. But by 2008, customers and clients from Europe that were relocating to Door County to summer told me how much they appreciated the convenience of "walkability" and that walking and shopping and dining daily in Europe was very much "a thing".
