Dedham MA 02026 Remax Real Estate Update by Michael Mahoney 617.980.9025 This is Michael Mahoney with Remax Dedham and I wanted to give you a great update on homes sold in Dedham Mass for the month of November.
There were 17 closed single family homes sold in Dedham Mass in November 2013. In comparison to November 2012, there were 20 closed sales last year in town.
The two big differences this year in the Dedham Real Estate are the median sales price is almost up over 50k and that the percentage of the price received versus their asking price is 2% higher.
