If I can't watch TV in the living room, I'm not buying this house. St Augustine Home Staging When trying to sell a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home, an important part of the functionality is the living room. Let's face it, if you need a home this large, you probably have kids and you just might sit and watch television or watch movies. It's not at all unusual, as a professional home stager, to hear from agents that the home isn't selling because a buyer's TV won't fit in the nook above the fireplace. What does your dining room say? Home Staging in St Augustine. I was hired to stage an occupied home in the St. John's Country Club. My goal was simple - maximize the equity for the homeowner. After my initial home staging consultation, it was obvious that the big problem with this home was that the furnishings didn't quite match the home or buyer's expectations. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, priced in the mid $300s, did not feel like a country club home for a young family.

Putting the master in the bedroom. Home Staging in St Augustine. I was recently called out to see if I could help one of the listing agents in my St Johns County Watson Realty office.
