Last Saturday we had a little party over at Extreme Air Jump 'n' Skate located in Chandler, Arizona. It was Marissa's 4th birthday and she simply loves this place. One prospective buyer was telling us how he thinks the home is over priced at $135,000. And I merely responded, "If you think it is over priced for you, then it is over priced for you."
