With the increasing amount of choices a home buyer has, how do you set your home apart from your competition to attract a buyer without investing too much money? The answer is simple. Clean, and then clean again. Pack all your knick knacks and awards. Stand in the door way of each room then remove anything that looks like clutter. Make sure your furnace has been serviced, and the utilities are in working order. Prepare your house for a showing. Put your toilet lids down, take care of your laundry, and empty the wastebaskets.
