Sullivan Farms Market Report - Franklin TN Home Sales Don't let the list fool you. It says 12 homes for sale in Sullivan Farms but all but 5 are under contract. So of the 17 homes with for sale signs, 12 active and 5 pending only 5 are currently truly available. What a difference a year or two makes. Not only are the Franklin, TN neighborhoods seeing fewer homes on the market, the days on market are decreasing and the sales prices are increasing. It is good to see the spring blooms and the families out enjoying the longer sunny spring days. I have always felt that neighborhoods with sidewalks encourage a sense of community and help promote this friendliness.
