Recently we partnered with a Internet Survey Company to survey Real Estate Agents on whether they have ever used a Lead Generating Website. There is been a lot of discussion lately about the benefits of Social Media and whether it really does any good. Recently it came to our attention that Compass Internet Systems/Blackwater and Mike Parker executed a new contract for a product they sell called Compass Search. We bought out house last year and got talked into a Home Warranty by the Realtor. I was very skeptical at first because I figured it was a big waste of money. Google is expected to announce this week that they are looking for a piece of the Facebook pie.
