As a lawyer, I know that when you see a lawyer you are under a lot of stress. Most people may never see a lawyer at all. However, when they do, everything feels like it is on the line. If you have been in a car accident that resulted in an injury, then you will need a lawyer. You may be able to get it done by yourself, but this is unlikely. On a different note, if you need an uncontested divorce, then call my office. I can make this bad time easier for you. McDonough Personal Injury Lawyer for Henry (0 comments)

lawyer: Atlanta DUI: 0.08 blood alcohol limit for a dui in Georgia
- 10/15/07 11:39 AM
Atlanta Dui Lawyer: Is 0.08 enough for a dui in Georgia? Atlanta Dui Lawyer: Is 0.08 enough for a dui in Georgia?Yes, 0.08 is enough for a per se dui conviction. Remember from previous blogs, that under 0.05 the jury is to start off thinking you were not a "less safe driver". The state would try to overcome that initial inference from the start.Between 0.05 and 0.08 no inference exists. So the jury starts off with a clean slate, so to speak (other than you are in trial which is not great)0.08 and over means you are automatically considered to be (0 comments)

Atlanta DUI Lawyer: Is .05 enough for a DUI conviction in Georgia? Atlanta DUI Lawyer: Is .05 enough for a DUI conviction in Georgia?Yes, most people have heard of the .08 number for the Georgia dui. This is just another category upon which the state of Georgia can convict you for the Dui. They will have to prove at trial that, although you didn't meet the .08 level, you were still impaired enough to be a less safe driver. Therefore, you can be convicted for a Dui with only a .05 blood alcohol level. The inference to the jury is that (0 comments)
