improvements: People Will Know

Friends of mine are getting one of their investment properties ready to go on the market. I visited the house today to review color and finishing choices, hardware, and other improvements. The stain on the hardwood flooring looks great, the wall colors are cool and soothing, the flow of colors and finishes works well throughout the house, but there were a few small things about which they had questions. A handrail feels loose but it’s functional. Should that be made more steady? Yes. They are not replacing the old wooden windows, though everything has been painted and looks great.
