plumbing: The Copper Caper

I know I'm not alone... Another listing of mine was just too tempting so someone felt entitled to break in and steal something. I've had cast iron radiators removed from a 250 year old house, windows broken, appliances taken. This time it was copper and it's insulting, as they all have been, because my client had replaced the copper when it was stolen before. I discussed it with my Broker, who gave me a bit of joy, so I thought I'd share.
