What is the atmoshere at your brokerage? Do you feel a boost of energy crossing the threshold of your office or do you worry that someone will steal your ideas and business? We have a great team here in Warrenton, Virginia. We are competitive but also look out for each other. We have a branch leader that cares about us. northern virginia: Fauquier County Warrenton VA Market Update

Currently in Fauquier County we have the following statistics. The sold properties have settled in the past 30 days. Of these we have 40 active bank owned (10%), 25 pending settlement (20%) and 15 of the sold were bank owned (23%). Of These we have 45 active Short Sales (10%), 49 pending settlement (35%) and 12 of the solds were Short Sales (12%). Average days on market for the sold properties is 88.
