advertising: Advertising Real Estate...If Money Was No Object.....Just Write A Check. - 12/08/07 10:36 PM
If you had unlimited resources, your property listings would appear on the nightly news each evening. Motorists in ALL the major markets in cities around the world would see billboards plastering your logo identity, web site, blogs, podcasts and email address promoting your area of the planet for all to see as they slurp coffee, shave and read books on the way into work each day.  You would pay for all major real estate search words/terms and come up in the top 50 slots of sponsored searches. Solid Gold Realty would be tattooed and hot branded on every promotional advertising … (3 comments)

You're on vacation, you left  less than 24 hours before during 20 below snow storm mid winter weather. You are now on a deck of a cruise ship, green water, tanned people with laughter, sea breezes and island music in the background.  You are a full blown, card carrying Realtor...but is all that left behind on vacation? Zero right in on the feature.  Many properties are Olive Oil Plain Jane so you are struggling to come up with eye candy for the viewer.  When you have the features, crank that zoom lens in and capture them. Don't just take room images and hope the viewer sees the feature in the corner...make the feature the full frame "story"!
