If Maine real estate agents, brokers, REALTORS were robots, just the property would be pictured, details spelled out with no feeling added.
No emotion, no human attention to jazz it up.
Nothing but just the facts and figures added to the marketing.
But because we are human, with experiences, likes and dislikes the transparency of the real estate professional can shine thru.
Like porridge Goldie-locks hemmed and hawed over, sometimes the mix of property, community and agent, broker is just right.
Or sometimes too much of one, not enough of the other one or two.

You get up, slurp a coffee, run thru the shower, part your hair, saddle up for another real estate day at the property listing rodeo. You lasso new listings, improve on ones that are getting market mold with new images, different focus copy, better real full motion videos.
Straighten up this corner of the marketing, circulate in new areas of social media, local community to attract more leads, buyers in the matchmaking game all real estate agents, brokers, REALTORS play.
