All real estate agents, brokers who have been around a few market cycles have seen them.
The real estate listing that has had no shortage of green stuff poured into the sticks and bricks. But the end result was out of whack, just created a harder to sell property listing.
More than a simple case of loud colors or too much chic shabby or poor housekeeping. A listing that lingers on the market not because of over pricing or a poor location. Because anything will sell if priced right and the price nibbled, reduced by the owner to reflect the market rejection right?

Ho hum in the presentation of anything in life does not make it memorable.
What's for dinner, the taste improves with hunger. But there still has to be something worth grazing on. To satisfy a basic need. Real estate marketing is tapping into the needs of the audience. Satisfy that need by more thought, extra time going into the online listing presentation.
If slam bam thank you ma'am.
That lack luster spread will not make the buyer of a real estate listing return for more of the bland, without much flavor web insertions.

Real estate question of the day, what would you do if asked by a brand new, wet behind the ears, very green agent is the most important thing to remember? To act as a mentor, teacher, passing along something you were taught by another in the business. Or learned the hard way. Through the trial and error. Tested by out in the field, feet to the fire method of crawling around, down in the real estate trenches?

Real estate brokers are not a shy bunch, and in local newspapers around Maine, the nation, on buses, billboards where they are allowed by law, you see smiling, jovial agents, REALTORS holding a phone, ready to serve. Pick me pick me. The smiling pose slid in to the local newspaper and left there for years. Outdated, selling the agent, broker, brand. I always thing, gee, the expense of that ad and only showcasing the real estate practioner over and over, week after week could have had some property tagging along.
