Haven't had a chance to get on Active rain in a while, thats a good and bad thing!! Good thing is I have been swamped with selling houses and short sale seminars, the bad thing is I miss blogging!! In my travels alot of my short sales and REO problems stem from Fannie and Freddie. I saw this article on The street today and thought it would be a good read to my fellow AR agents.
