We did it! After almost two years of shuffling paperwork back and forth, pulling our hair out with redundant requests, and being threatened with foreclosure notices Wells Fargo finally granted a mortgage modification!
The rate was reduced to 4%, principal was reduced and forgiven and payments start March 1st. Win, win, win!
Being full time, full service agents, we help all our clients in all things real estate. Even though I don't charge for this service (modification) I have to say it's just as thrilling to get an APPROVAL on a modification for no compensation as it is for a nice juicy closing!
