When you want something done quickly give it to someone who is already busy... I don't often take stock of my sales activity during the course of the year. But once in a while a client will ask: "Tell me why I should list with you? (or) Why should I hire you to be my buyer's rep?" Those are very good questions, and the proof is in to pudding as they say.
