Terra Mesa Resort – a Texas based resort developer recently closed shop on its marketing effort at one such subdivision here in New Hampshire. Well crafted – letters went out, “it’s the market” excuse…Ok we get that. But putting in place safety nets for the current (conveyed sites) owners need to be considered before you close the doors.

I haven't seen so many guns going at one time in a number of years. At this pace I would assume all of the South Peak slopes will be open be the weekend. The North Peak Trails were all up and Running...all were in nice shape, I skipped Upper Walking Boss as that too had more than 30 snow guns blasting away.

It was a dark-ish day today and snowed intermittently - that combined with the New tower guns, made it a light lens day for goggles.

Chasing the Market Values Down – One agent’s Challenge. I’m a numbers guy; I look at the current listings and the closed sales every time I’m asked to make a price recommendation.
With my buyer agent hat on I’m faced with another challenge-where did this price come from?
The seller’s agent and his client have crafted a response to my buyer client’s offer, the problem is as a numbers guy it makes no logical sense to me.

What would be the next few most important features of raw land being offered for sale?
