I've said it before - but it bares repeating , the skiing isn't bad up north. A blue ski day produced some nice photos.
Loon pond from the Gondola Summit at Loon...the western range was clear over towards Mt Moosilauke.
Top of Walking boss and The Flume on the North Peak side...snow guns were going again today...getting everything touched up for the weekend.
A look at Mountain Washington from Angel street - top of the east basin chair. 50 mile view today - wow.
The Franconia Notch Parkway from the South peak side of Loon Mountain.

As I took my after work stroll I shot these late day photos to share with my friends...who haven't gotten a start to the foliage season yet. The dinner train Rolls by my House ( 27 feet from my garage) literally rolls by my house.
Nothing could be more fun that a foliage train ride along the Pemigewasset River, from Lincoln to Woodstock NH

Snow photo near the end of November, last night as many were thinking about getting an early jump on the holiday shopping (affectionately known as Black Friday) We were getting a little white Friday.

There are two small brooks that empty in to the river near my house. When the rain pounds down like it has been these brooks offer some beautiful waterfalls to photograph, hope you enjoy the pictures.

Three years ago distant prior-investors (owners at other Centex Resorts) were giving the opportunity to purchase the premiere locations at Loon's South Peak Resort. Past buys from the Centex development company proved to be profitable (upon re-sale), so many purchased sight un-seen.

Here is the dilemma we all face: You want to keep the listing, but your seller isn't willing to accept your advice.
You need listing to stay in business: But if they are unrealistically priced what service are you proving?
Currently in my two main market towns we have 118 listings (condo & Homes) that have been on the market for over 100 days. In Fact there is one listing that has been on for 1,253 days.

The views from the lifts are as enjoyable as the skiing itself.
Camp three..best spot for red stripe and reggae music.
A blue sky day, on the slopes. the Gondola is a great way to ride.
Looking across at the Sunset trail, off North peak.
Cool place for family fun..Time on the lfits and in the car, are some of my favorite moments
with my son. Once we get to the Slopes, he heads for the woods, and I stick to the groomed
