Over the last four years, we have had roughly 220-230 homes and condos for sale at any given time. We currently have 139 homes and condos available and sales are quite brisk. The Affordability Index Don't kick yourself in 2014 for not buying in 2013. There is no doubt mortgage rates are at the lowest levels in decades which puts buyer's purchase power at it's peak.
