Finding a foreclosure is not as easy as just searching through the MLS. Foreclosures can be tricky. Some foreclosures, are just ordinary homes that have been left vacant because their owners have fell on hard times and lost their homes. Other may have underlying issues.

I came across this article the other day, and had to repost. I will tell you my thoughts, but in turn, I would appreciate yours.
As a wife, mom, and realtor raising a family in today's society, I find these people absolutely disgusting. My husband and I struggle to keep out heads above water to raise our family, and keep up on our mortgage. With taxes over 9,000 dollars a year, we not only have a mortgage payment, but almost another mortgage payment in taxes alone.
