service: Quality Service, Every Day

It's that time of year again I hit the road with family for the many family reunions I attend, but this year something was different. I am a college graduate with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and oh boy, the level of service I have been getting in Michigan have been subpar. At a Wendy's the "fast food" was terribly slow, and the workers outnumbered consumers 3 to 1. It took 20 minutes to complete an order that should have been ready in less than 3 minutes... At an AW/KFC I waited for 30 minutes for food that should not have (3 comments)
