Be sure to make plans to attend The Dixie Swim Club at the Foothills Playhouse in Easley SC! This play sounds more like something my wife would enjoy but considering the reputation that the Foothills Playhouse has for putting on tremendous theatrical presentations, it would be wrong of me to not spread the word! The Dixie Swim Club is about 5 women, whose friendships began many years ago on their college swim team. They set aside a long weekend every August to recharge those relationships. I just found out that the Foothills Playhouse in Easley is going to be presenting the wild and crazy comedy "They Came From Mars and Landed Outside the Farndale Avenue Church Hall in Time for the Townswomen's Guild's Coffee Morning." It sure is a long title, but it sounds like a funny story. The story is about a group of Farmsdale Avenue ladies attempting to put on a unique production of a sci fi thriller.
