relationships: Another satisfied client under contract

Another satisfied client. This transaction is with a long standing client whom I've had relationship with over 35 years. I am grateful that they still come back to me after so many years. With all the technology we have in place remember always that real estate is a "relationship" business. So if you can take away anything from this my advice to you is to build relationships with people and the business will come. Try not to put the business ahead of your client(s). #37 and counting. Some have asked me when I’m going to retire from real estate. I feel that the real estate profession is a “life long” commitment to your clients,thru the good and not so good. You have to remember that this is a profession of ups and downs. You never know where the business will take you. Every morning I get up knowing that there are things I NEED to do but there’s always a mystery in my day to day. Some days it’s slow and other’s I feel very energized. With God’s grace he allows me to settle down … (3 comments)
