My Fellow Real Estate Professionals looking at today's economic situation and judging by similar historical situations it is safe to say we can expect crime to be on the rise. With more and more people becoming unemployed every day desperate times will call for desperate measures. One thing I think we all can agree on is that every professional utilizes the tools of their trade to effectively execute their plan of success. For example an Auto Technician has three types of tools. There's the basic hand tools like wrenches and screw drivers. Then there's the The power tools like air tools and and drills. How many of you remember The Jetsons? I certainly do and I recall they had this wonderful invention called the vis-a-phone that allowed people to see each other when they made a phone call.
