I just received an eMail from the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR).  I'll bet you got the same one.
They wanted to let me know about the 2007 marketing campaign and the results of the 2006 message.  They are also following through with the campaign that they started in 2005, targeting the Hispanic market.
What I found disturbing is that 2/3's of the consumer  really get what value we, as professional REALTORS®, bring to the table.  I got the feeling that NAR is proud of these results - personally, I'm embarrassed

This afternoon I had the opportunity to preview several homes in the new subdivision found at the south east corner of Sanderson and Stetson - right across the street from the Super Wal-Mart in Hemet, California.
