The current real estate market in Hemet California and throughout Southwest Riverside County and the remainder of the Inland Empire is full or Bank Owned properties, otherwise known as REO for "Real Estate Owned"..When someone wants to buy one of these properties it is not much different than buying a home that is owner occupied. They wanted to let me know about the 2007 marketing campaign and the results of the 2006 message. They are also following through with the campaign that they started in 2005, targeting the Hispanic market. What I found disturbing is that 2/3's of the consumer really get what value we, as professional REALTORS®, bring to the table.
