Once again it is time to take a look at the Closed Sales for San Jacinto, CA. For this report, I'll be looking at the entire month of October, 2009. My objective is to not only provide the typical numbers that can be found almost anywhere, but to once again break them down into the very critical subcategories of Sale Type and then again by Type of Financing.
