What’s not to love about a gathering of food trucks? The soaring popularity of this twist on “drive-thru dining” has sparked countless culinary entrepreneurs to give us an ever-growing menu of unbeatable eats! Raleigh is lucky to have more than 50 food trucks assemble every month, from May through October. The Downtown Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo spans 11 city blocks on Fayetteville Street and draws more than 1,000 hungry visitors to each event.
