The Big Fish: A few months ago, I received a Lead that was looking for a home up to $1.5 Million in my area. It had his name, e-mail, and his phone number. I called him that same night...yes...he was prequalified for that amount! We set a time to homes for later that week. I scheduled all of the appointments. A few hours before our showings, he called to cancel...not reschedule...but he CANCELLED!

Reality Check: Do we ALWAYS Respect our clients? Do we look down on them because they are in a different price range? Do we ESTEEM and HONOR our clients in ALL price ranges? Honesty- Truthfulness, sincerity or frankness. Also, freedom from deceit or fraud. Black and White or Gray? Do we tell the truth all of the time? Do we tell the truth only when it is convenient and when there is no commission involved? Is leaving out a fact or two mean that we are being dishonest? Or is being truthful just telling the client what they NEED to know? Is honesty a matter of black and white or are there "gray areas" in betweeen?
